How long does it take for NVC to schedule an appointment after receiving for I-864+DS-230?

Hey my friend's from Iran, her brother is a US citizen . Her mother got her green card from Abu Dhabi, UAE! Now she has finally filled forms I-864 and DS-230.How long does it take for NVC to review her case and schedule an appointment for her in Abu Dhabi! Thanks
