Just tell her exactly what you feel! Im a girl and we think its cute when a guy acts a little dorky in the way he acts around us if you get a little nervous and tell her that you like her and ask things like "who's my competition?" (too see if she has a bf) and other things that let her know you reeeallly like her and that you want to know everything about her then she'll know that you really love her without you telling her "i love you"
