Is it my fault my girlfriend is moving?

i invited her to my homie's party and she was suppose to go home at 10:30 but she said it wasnt that big of a deal, so we kick it at the party till 11 and i take her back to my pad and she calls her dad to ask if she should just stay at my pad cause when we got home it was already 12, he got mad and they had a big arguement, so in the morning i take her home and she calls me saying shes moving out her dads house but its her decision she wasnt forced to, and for some reason i feel like it's my fault she's moving out. do you think it is? i feel like i should have never invited her to the party =(
