Proactive or skin ID?

My face sucks and would love to get rid of acne and red spots but both these products have driven me crazy. I have been searching online reviews and watching videos but don't know which to get! They are both tempting .. Please give me ur honest opinions and tell me what you used and how it worked also if u can put what kinda skin you have like oily or dry or combination! Thankksss sooooo supper much in advance :D plus I wanna get rid of acne b4 school starts and I'll be a freshmen so gotta look good!!
